Shipping and Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly exchange or refund within 10 days from when you received your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items in saleable condition. Returned merchandise must be in original packaging (Red Pocket box and pouch) with Personality Card and security tag intact. Customized or special order items may not be returned.

Please email sales@red-pocket.com for return requests and instructions. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. On the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on original form of payment). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your items.

Please allow 10 business days for the processing of your return once the item has been received at our Returns Processing Center. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item less any shipping & insurance charges we incurred to ship your order. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund return shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any undeliverable packages.

We do not accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than red-pocket.com.
